.Wishes. Chloe Valentine's at Ninety Nine

My cousins and I had the cutest dresses for our Valentine's party yesterday!  They are made by .Wishes. for the Ninety Nine event.  This dress comes in 5 colors for both TD baby and TD kids.  It has an applier hud for socks, shoes and a matching necklace.  These will be sold for 199L through the event.
